The Poseidon Skill Certification Scheme aimed to the regular program and scholarship preparation participants to verify their ability and understanding of the conducted training.

Our Annual Programs

Skill Certification

Is a trimester event where the members undergo practical evaluation to get a certification as Poseidon Public Speaker, Self-Developmentalist, or any scheme offered in the current year.

What will you get?

By joining this certification program, the Poseidon regular program trainers and mentors will grant you a certification on Poseidon verified skills. This certification will help you later decide your future career by providing your certification with skill scores and recommendation letter for exceptional applicants. This is so the Poseidon members will be able to gain value on Poseidon from the internal organization perspective and external institution views.

A Peek to Our Certification Document

Here is the document you might expect after completing the certification. The certificate will consist of your full name, your grading and skill quality, QR code with recommendation letter verification and official holographic stamp from the Poseidon.

The scoring will depend on what schemes are available in the current year. The scoring will be given by the appointed trainer and will receive three (3) signature as a sign of verification. The scoring will also be stored in the Poseidon database, allowing participant to verify his/her certification anytime.

Our Certification Schemes

This year (2021) referring to the regular program curriculum and scholarship application preparation, the candidates will be tested into three general categories;

Public Speaking Skills
Self-Development Skills
Communication Skills

The materials will be given during the regular program and can be requested by the candidates prior to the testing day. The criterions of the scoring will be as followed;

Coherence
Cohesivity of the speech
Core understanding
Basic application of core skills
Theoretical application
