From Numbers To People
My journey into Human Resources began with a background in accounting and audit, where I developed strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail. Over time, I realized that numbers and compliance were only one side of the story — the real drivers of performance and growth are people. This realization inspired me to transition into HR, where I could bring both structure and empathy into understanding how organizations and employees thrive together.
Through various projects, I have had the opportunity to explore HR from multiple perspectives: strategic planning, employee development, organizational culture, and operational effectiveness. Some of these works were done collaboratively, allowing me to strengthen teamwork and communication skills, while others were completed individually, giving me space to take ownership and refine my problem-solving approach. Each experience has helped me connect HR theory with practice and see its impact on both people and business outcomes. In addition, I also explored how data supports HR decision-making by creating an interactive Tableau dashboard to visualize workforce insights.
These works reflect my journey of combining analytical thinking with human-centered perspectives.
Here are my projects — I hope you enjoy exploring them as much as I enjoyed creating them.✨
