Email etiquette in the work place is so important. Many things can be misinterpreted through email. During the onboarding process of new employees out of college, I think it is important to address the need for proper communication. The use of cellphones has led to a decline in phone call conversations and more communication through writing, then talking.

Friday Shuffle - How My Students Became Our Students
Instructor lead presentation on a gradewide shuffling of students. It was a solution to the Response to Intervention required when resource classes were eliminated from the public school setting. This solution became a districtwide initiative. I was asked to present this presentation at state and district level professional development sanctions. Measurable results were obtained. The ADDIE model is heavily seen throughout this presentation as we implemented Friday Shuffle for 4 years within my Math 7 team.
