"It's about time" is a rush type game. It's based on the 3d puzzle game of the same name and plays out like this :
You place tiles that change the direction of cubes, then hit play to let the cubes go.
You'll need to put the tiles in the way that they move the cubes down their targets.
This was my first project using the unity game engine. It took me some time adapting to it, coming from godot.
Aside from coding all the main features, I designed two levels.
I also made all the 3d assets and texture myself using the probuilder unity extension, and material maker, a node based material creation software.
The original rush game this project is based on gave me a certain feel of zen when trying it. I tried to recreate that, but in a more nostalgic tone with the art direction I went for
