By car:
If you're driving, Port Macquarie is on the mid North Coast, just off the Pacific Highway.  With the recent highway upgrades, it's approximately 4.5 hours' drive from the Sydney CBD via Pacific Highway / A1.

By plane:
If you prefer to fly, the flight is 1 hour from Sydney and the venue is a short 10 minute taxi drive from the airport.

By train:
Prefer to sit back and watch the scenery fly by or sit with your laptop and get some uninterrupted work done? There are XPT trains running daily from Sydney headed to Grafton, Casino and Brisbane stopping at Wauchope.  Travel time is approximately 6 hours.  Book your seat

Wauchope is approximately 22km/20-30 mins west of Port Macquarie.   Besides taxis, there is a limited bus service from Wauchope station to the nearby Settlement City Shopping Complex (marked by Woolworths, near Sails, in the map above) and from there another bus to the venue .  For details about the bus service timetable, check the Transport NSW website.
