Overview

T-Too is a governed technology system for evaluating whether an incumbent technology, platform, model, vendor, service, process, or other central component remains independently justified within a locked operating scope.

Traditional evaluation can mistake evidence produced by an incumbent’s existing position for independent proof of its necessity. T-Too addresses this problem by separating candidate-induced support, testing whether evidence remains meaningful without the incumbent already occupying the core, reconstructing an integrity-controlled complement, and evaluating the incumbent and challenger under the same admissible conditions.
