Conventional energy-harvesting systems collect available energy, while energy-aware systems typically adjust or schedule predefined tasks.
HOSTRA uses the qualified host’s capability envelope to help form the mission itself.
This means the same objective can produce different autonomous Mission Capsules when the available hosts have different operating conditions, sensing opportunities, processing capacity, communication allowance, or independent reserve.
Release and Protection Logic
Mission Capability Sufficiency and Host-Exit Sufficiency are evaluated independently.
Release is authorized only when both conditions are true.
If the host is rejected, becomes unsafe, or is lost before readiness is achieved, the system blocks release and moves to an appropriate protected state.
