Drop7 3D is made by an individual developer (details in section 12). Questions: noizeegor001@gmail.com.
The first time the game goes online, it creates a game account for you on our server, without asking for your name, email address or phone number. It keeps your progress, gems, purchases and leaderboard scores.
If you sign in to Google Play Games, we receive your Play Games player ID and name. Your name appears on the game's leaderboards unless you hide it.
The game shows ads from Google AdMob, uses Google Analytics for Firebase, sends crash reports through Firebase Crashlytics and sells gem packs and Prime through Google Play. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, personalised ads, analytics and crash reports need your consent first.
The game does not access your contacts, location, photos, files, camera or microphone.
You can change your choices and delete your account in the game's settings, or delete it by email. Details in section 4.
Drop7 3D is developed and published by an individual developer, named in section 12 ("we", "us", "our"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests, write to noizeegor001@gmail.com.
This policy applies to the Android game Drop7 3D as distributed through Google Play. It describes the version available on the "Last updated" date above. If a future version changes what the game does with your data, we update this policy before releasing it (section 11).
Our game server runs on Google Cloud's Firebase services (Authentication, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Firestore and App Check), with its database in the European Union (Belgium). The first time the game connects to the internet, it creates an account for you there. The account is identified by a random user ID and holds no name, email address or phone number.
The server keeps for your account:
your progress: best scores, gem balance, the cosmetic items you own and have equipped, whether you own Prime, and when you first and last played;
a record of each gem grant and spend (what, how many, when), so balances can be checked and refunds handled;
your purchase records (3.4) and, for each rewarded ad you finish, its AdMob transaction ID and time, so a reward is credited only once;
an account code and a short tag, both derived from your user ID. The code is shown in the game's settings and identifies your account when you write to us; the tag stands in for your name on leaderboards;
a daily count of the games you send to the leaderboards and, if we remove your scores for manipulation, a note of that.
This is the game's cloud save: if you sign in to Play Games, your progress comes back wherever you sign in with the same account. An account that is not linked to Play Games (a "guest" account) can be reached only through the game's data on your device. Your settings, your privacy choices and a game in progress stay on your device only.
Checks on each request. To keep fake requests and modified apps out, each request from the game carries a Firebase App Check token, which Google issues after a Play Integrity check of the app and device; our server sees only whether the check passed and does not store it. Each request also carries your installed app version, which the server compares with the oldest version it still accepts; it is not stored. Like any web service, our server's request logs record your IP address, and its error messages may include your user ID; Google Cloud deletes these logs after 30 days.
The game uses Google Play Games Services, a Google service tied to your Google Account. Sign-in happens automatically when the game starts, without asking you first, if Play Games is set up on your device. If you have never used Play Games, or have turned automatic sign-in off in the Play Games app, nothing in this section applies. You can also sign in later by opening Achievements from the game's + menu.
When you are signed in:
the game and our server receive your Play Games player ID and your Play Games name. The player ID links your game account to your Play Games account, so the same progress comes back on a new device or after a reinstall. The name is shown in the main menu and, unless you hide it, on the leaderboards (3.3). If your Play Games profile is private, your name starts out hidden there;
your achievement unlocks are sent to Google and appear in your Play Games profile.
Apart from the player ID and name, we receive no Play Games data; we see only the aggregate, anonymous statistics Google shows every developer, such as how many players unlocked an achievement. The Play Games library also sends Google technical diagnostics and usage statistics about how it runs. Google processes Play Games data under Google's Privacy Policy; you can see and manage it at play.google.com/games/profile. There is no sign-out button inside the game; section 4 explains how to turn Play Games off for it.
The game runs its own all-time, monthly and weekly leaderboards. When you finish a game, the app sends our server a record of it: the mode, your moves, the score and the game's seed; the server adds the time it received it. The server replays the game to check the score before it enters a leaderboard. If you continued the game after a rewarded ad, the ad's transaction ID and a game identifier are kept to prove the Continue. A record that fails the check is not stored; we keep only a log line with your user ID, an error code and the record's length.
Leaderboard entries are public to all players of the game: your score with your Play Games name or, if you are not signed in or have hidden your name, a tag such as "Player #7Q4KD". You can hide your name at any time (section 4). Hiding it changes only what other players see on our leaderboards: Play Games still records your play under your Play Games profile, where it can appear in other Google products, under Google's terms. Scores that appear to be manipulated may be removed.
Gem packs and the one-time Prime upgrade are sold through Google Play Billing. The price in the game is the one Google Play gives for your country and currency. We never see your payment details; Google handles the transaction.
When you buy, the game sends the purchase to our server, which checks it with Google Play before crediting it to your game account. For each purchase the server keeps the order number, a one-way hash of the purchase token, the product, the time, the account or accounts it was credited to, and whether it was refunded. Each purchase also carries a one-way hash of your user ID to Google Play, so our server credits the purchase to the account that made it. Google Play tells our server when a purchase is refunded or charged back; the server then removes what it paid for: the gems, which can take your balance below zero, or Prime.
Gems you buy belong to your game account. If you are signed in to Play Games they come back wherever you sign in; if you are not, they can be lost if you clear the game's storage, uninstall, or lose or replace the device. Prime follows your Google Play account: restoring your purchases brings it back on a new device or a new game account. Prime includes a one-time bonus of 300 gems, credited once per purchase. Refunds, payment methods and purchase history are managed in your Google Account at play.google.com/store/account.
The game shows ads supplied by Google AdMob: a banner during play, a full-screen ad after some games, and optional rewarded video you can choose to watch for gems or to continue a game after it ends. You are never required to watch a rewarded ad. For a rewarded ad, the game gives AdMob your game account's user ID (or, for a Continue, the game's seed key) so that when you finish the ad, AdMob can tell our server which account to credit.
To serve and measure these ads and to prevent fraud, Google collects:
your device's advertising ID (a resettable identifier you control in Android settings) and an app set ID, an identifier Google uses across one developer's apps on your device;
your IP address, from which an approximate location such as country or city is derived;
device and app information: device model, operating system version, language, and the app you are using;
ad interaction data: that an ad was requested, shown, clicked or completed;
on devices that support it, Android's Privacy Sandbox signals (interest topics Android derives from app usage, and ad attribution), which Google uses to choose and measure ads.
We and Google are jointly responsible for collecting this data in the game and passing it to Google; Google alone decides how it uses it afterwards, as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services, Google's Privacy Policy and AdMob's summary.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the first time you open the game a Google consent form asks whether Google and its advertising partners may store and access information on your device and use your data for personalised advertising and related purposes. You can accept, refuse, or choose per purpose; refusing is as easy as accepting and does not restrict any part of the game. If you allow storage and access but not personalisation, you see non-personalised ads: they still use your device's identifiers and your approximate location for frequency capping, fraud prevention and measurement, but are not chosen from a profile of you. If you refuse that too, Google shows only "limited ads", which use no personal data to choose the ad (your IP address is still used to deliver it, and on-device storage may be used only to detect fraud), or no ad at all.
Everywhere else, no consent form is shown and ads start out personalised. Switch Personalised Ads & Analytics off in the game's settings and you see non-personalised ads instead, with the game unchanged in every other way.
Prime removes the banner and the full-screen ads. Rewarded-ad offers stay available to Prime owners; you choose whether to watch them.
The game uses Google Analytics for Firebase to see how it is played in aggregate (for example when you start and finish a game and with which mode, score, level and duration; which ads and offers you see and which ads you watch; and whether purchases complete), together with the events Firebase records automatically, such as app opens, session length and completed purchases. We use this to balance the game and fix problems.
Analytics data is tied to a Firebase app-instance ID, an identifier generated on your device for this game; it is not your name, email address or Google Account. Analytics collects usage events, approximate location derived from your IP address, device model, operating system version and language. The game sets Analytics not to collect your advertising ID, and never sends it your Play Games player ID or name, your user ID or your save file. Clearing the game's storage or reinstalling resets the app-instance ID; uninstalling stops collection.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics is off unless you agree to it in the consent form (3.5); if you refuse, no analytics events are sent. Everywhere else, analytics starts once the game has checked where you are (until then, and whenever it cannot check, for example offline, nothing is collected) and stays on until you switch Personalised Ads & Analytics off in the game's settings. That switch turns off both analytics and personalised ads.
Google processes analytics data for us under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms. Event- and user-level data is deleted 2 months after your last activity; aggregated statistics that identify no one are kept longer. We have turned off Google's optional data-sharing settings, so this data is not shared with Google for benchmarking or for its own products. Google describes the service at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
The game also uses Firebase Remote Config to adjust game settings, such as how often ads appear, without a new version. It contacts Remote Config at start-up whatever your choices; that request identifies this installation to Firebase with a Firebase installation ID and app and device information. Remote Config is not used to profile you or to choose settings based on how you play.
When the game crashes or hits a serious error, Firebase Crashlytics (a Google service) records a report: the stack trace, the app version, your device model and Android version, whether the device was low on memory or storage, the time, and a Crashlytics installation ID, a random identifier for this install, not for you. A report carries no Play Games player ID or name and no save file. Reports are used only to find and fix crashes; Google processes them for us and keeps them for 90 days.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, crash reporting is off until you switch Send crash reports on in the game's settings. Everywhere else it is on by default, because we need it to keep the game stable, and you can switch it off at any time with the same setting. It does not depend on your advertising or analytics choices, and no report is sent while it is off.
The game keeps a save file in its app-specific storage. It contains your best scores and the state of a game in progress; your sound, music, haptic and graphics settings, your crash-report choice and, outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, your advertising and analytics choice; the counters that pace ads; your game account's user ID and, if you are signed in, your Play Games player ID; a copy of your account's progress from our server (gems, cosmetic items, Prime, your tag and your Play Games name as the server last sent them, and whether you hide your name); finished games not yet sent to the leaderboards; how many games you have finished and when the game last asked you for a review (3.9); and, if you chose Later on an update notice, which version and when.
Apart from your Play Games name, it contains no email address, phone number, contacts, location or advertising identifier. We have no access to it. It stays on your device until you clear the game's storage or uninstall it (Android Settings → Apps → Drop7 3D → Storage → Clear storage).
Android backup and device transfer are off for this game: Android does not copy its data to your Google Account or to a new device, and we receive no such copy. What survives an uninstall, cleared storage or a new device is your game account on our server, if you are signed in to Play Games. If you are not, the local data and the way back to your guest account are gone; only Prime, if you own it, comes back from Google Play.
Google may process account, device, installation, usage and diagnostic data as an independent provider when you download or use the game through Google Play or Android system services; that processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
The game asks Android for network access, vibration (for haptics), the advertising ID and ad-services permissions (3.5), Google Play billing (3.4), and the technical permissions Google's libraries use for background work and install attribution.
Review card. After you set a new personal best, from your third finished game and at most once every 30 days, the game may ask Google Play to show its rating card. Google decides whether to show it, and the card is Google's: what you enter goes to Google, not through the game. A review you submit is published by Google on the game's Play page under your Google Account's name, and we can read it in the Play Console. The game itself keeps only how many games you have finished and when it last asked (3.8).
Contact support in the game's settings opens a draft in your email app, addressed to the support address in section 12. The draft lists the app version and version number, your account code, your device model, your Android version and the game's language; nothing is sent until you send it, and you can edit or delete any line first. The game sends us nothing by itself. The account code is how we find your game account.
If you email us, we receive what you choose to send: your email address, name, message and any attachments. We use it only to answer you, handle a privacy request, protect our legal rights or comply with the law. We do not use it for advertising or automated decisions, and we do not sell it. Messages are processed by Google as our email provider and may be disclosed if the law requires it.
Open the game's settings. Tap the + button at the top left of the main menu, or at the top of the screen during a game, and choose Settings. The privacy rows are below the graphics options; this policy is linked from the Privacy Policy row. Haptics, sound and music are in the same + menu.
Advertising and analytics. You will find one of two controls, depending on where you are; both take effect immediately:
Privacy options: in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. It reopens Google's consent form, where you can withdraw or change any consent you gave.
Personalised Ads & Analytics: everywhere else. Switching it off stops analytics and makes the ads you see non-personalised.
You can also reset your advertising ID, or turn off ad personalisation for every app on the device, in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
Crash reports. Use Send crash reports (3.7).
Your advertising, analytics and crash-report choices are stored on this device only; they are not copied to your game account or to your other devices, so a device you sign in on later starts from its own default.
Hide your name on leaderboards. Switch Show my name on leaderboards off in the settings, or tap the eye on your own row of a leaderboard. Your entries then show your tag instead of your Play Games name (3.3).
Delete your account in the game. Use Delete account in the settings (you need to be online). This deletes your game account on our server at once, with no grace period: your progress, gems (including gems you bought), cosmetic items, the record of gem grants and spends, your leaderboard entries and name, your game records and Continue records. It also resets the local save file; your advertising, analytics and crash-report choices are kept. Purchase records stay, no longer linked to any account (section 6). If you own Prime, restoring your purchases brings it back. Achievements held by Play Games are not affected.
Delete your account without the game. Follow the steps at popovich7.web.app/delete: email us the account code shown under Account code in the settings, and we delete that account within 30 days. This is also the route while the game asks you to update. We know no email address for your account, and a Play Games name does not reliably identify one, so without the code we cannot tell which account is yours. Guest accounts that own no purchase and have not been used for 180 days are deleted automatically.
Turn Play Games off for this game. In the Play Games app, open Settings and turn off automatic sign-in. With sign-in off, the game sends nothing to Play Games and your game account stays a guest account; ads, analytics and crash reports follow the choices above. To remove the data Play Games already holds for this game, open play.google.com/games/profile → Settings → Delete Play Games account & data and choose Drop7 3D only. That removes your achievements for the game, and any saved game or leaderboard data the game stored in Play Games in the past.
Delete local data. Clear the game's storage or uninstall it (3.8).
Google (Firebase): hosts our game server and processes analytics, crash reports and Remote Config for us. Our server's database and functions run in the European Union (Belgium); Firebase Authentication and App Check are global Google services.
Google AdMob: serves and measures the ads (3.5); Google uses that data for its own purposes under its own policy.
Google Play Games Services: sign-in and achievements (3.2), operated by Google.
Google Play Billing: purchases, refunds and the order records Google Play gives us (3.4).
Other players: your leaderboard score with your tag or your Play Games name (3.3).
Authorities or others, if the law requires it. We do not sell your data.
Google processes data on its global infrastructure, including in the United States. For the data Google processes for us, transfers rely on Google LLC's certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (with its UK Extension and the Swiss–U.S. framework) and on the standard contractual clauses in Google's data processing terms: the Google Ads Data Processing Terms for Analytics and the Firebase Data Processing and Security Terms for Crashlytics, Remote Config and our game server. For the advertising data Google uses as an independent controller, Google's own safeguards apply, as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
Save file on your device: until you clear the game's storage or uninstall it.
Game account and progress on our server: until you delete your account. A guest account (not signed in to Play Games) that owns no purchase is deleted after 180 days without use.
Records of rewarded-ad rewards and of gems spent on cosmetic items: 400 days, or until you delete your account if sooner. Records of gems from purchases, refunds and merged accounts: until you delete your account.
Leaderboards: all-time entries, your best scores, the record of your best game in each mode (with its moves) and your name: until you delete your account. Monthly entries: 35 days after the month ends; weekly entries: 35 days after the week ends.
Records of each game sent (mode, score, week, month and the game's seed key, without the moves) and Continue records: 400 days; markers of games waiting for a check: 30 days. Deleting your account deletes them at once.
Rejected games: not kept; only a log line, deleted with the server logs.
Server request logs: 30 days, then deleted by Google Cloud.
Purchase records on our server: for refund and fraud handling and for as long as tax and accounting law requires; when your account is deleted they stay without any link to it.
Google Play order records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Achievements: in your Google Account under Play Games until you delete the game's Play Games data or your Google Account; Google's retention rules apply.
Analytics data: event- and user-level data 2 months after your last activity; aggregated statistics that identify no one are kept longer.
Crash reports: 90 days, then deleted by Google.
Advertising data: held by Google under its own advertising retention rules; we hold none of it.
Email correspondence: as long as reasonably necessary to answer you, keep appropriate records, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations, then deleted.
Contract: Play Games features, your game account, cloud save and leaderboards, to provide the game features you use; purchases and rewarded-ad rewards, to deliver what you buy or earn.
Legal obligation: keeping the order records tax and accounting law requires.
Consent: personalised advertising and analytics, and storing or reading advertising identifiers on your device, given in the consent form and withdrawn at any time with Privacy options; crash reports, given with Send crash reports and withdrawn by turning it off.
Legitimate interest: checking purchases, refunds and scores, App Check, the server's request logs and keeping purchase records after an account is deleted (preventing fraud and cheating, handling refunds); showing your Play Games name on leaderboards (running leaderboards players recognise, with the switch to hide it); Remote Config (running the game); serving and measuring non-personalised ads once you have allowed storage and access on your device, and limited ads when you have not (funding a free game); email correspondence (answering you), or a legal obligation where your message concerns a request the law requires us to handle.
Elsewhere, advertising (including personalised advertising), analytics and crash reports rest on our legitimate interest in funding, improving and stabilising a free game; you can object at any time with Personalised Ads & Analytics and Send crash reports, and we then stop analytics, personalised ads and crash reports for you.
You may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of personal data we hold, and to data portability. The personal data we hold is your game account on our server (3.1), the purchase records (3.4), email correspondence (3.10), and the analytics and crash data Google processes for us (3.6, 3.7), which is tied to identifiers generated on your device rather than to your name; your achievements sit in your own Google Account and are controlled by you and Google directly.
To make a request, email noizeegor001@gmail.com with your account code: it is how we find your account (section 4), and we may need more information to verify the request. Where we rely on our legitimate interest, you can object at any time on grounds relating to your situation by writing to us.
You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the country where you live or work, or where you believe your rights were infringed.
California and other US states. We do not sell your personal information for money. However, the personalised advertising described in 3.5 may count as a "sale", "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under the privacy laws of California and other US states. The data involved is listed in 3.5 and 3.6: identifiers (advertising ID, app set ID, app-instance ID), approximate location derived from your IP address, device information and in-game activity, which we make available to Google for advertising and analytics. You can opt out at any time: switch Personalised Ads & Analytics off in the game's settings (this is our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" control), or turn on the ad-personalisation opt-out in Android Settings → Google → Ads, which applies to every app on the device. You may also ask to know, delete or correct your personal information, or appeal our answer to such a request, by emailing noizeegor001@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Drop7 3D is intended for players aged 13 and over and is declared as such on Google Play. It is not directed to children and carries no content or features designed for them, and it does not knowingly collect personal data from children. The game does not ask or check your age; it relies on Google Account age rules, and parents can restrict the game and purchases in it with Google Family Link and Google Play's parental controls.
In the EEA, the age at which you can give your own consent to personalised advertising and analytics (3.5, 3.6) is set by your country's law and is between 13 and 16 (for example 16 in Germany). If you are younger than that, choose Do not consent in the consent form, or ask a parent or guardian to make the choice with you; refusing does not limit the game. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us so we can review and delete it.
Local data is kept in Android's app-specific storage and is not available to us. Data sent to our server, to Play Games and to Google's advertising, analytics and crash-reporting services travels over encrypted connections; Google Cloud encrypts the data on our server at rest, and only the server's own functions and we as its administrators can read it. Play Games data is also protected by your Google Account. Access to privacy correspondence is limited to what is necessary to handle it, using the controls of our email provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We update this policy when the game's data practices change, before releasing the version that changes them, show a new "Last updated" date and update the game's Data safety declaration on Google Play. Where the law requires it, we also give additional notice or ask for your consent in the game.
