Poster Presentation

Poster Presentation

At the Sapporo venue, we plan to use vertically elongated poster boards (90 cm x 180 cm). Pins will be provided at the venue. All presenters coming to Sapporo are requested to display large posters at the Sapporo venue and upload digital files to the online platform, LINC Biz. For remote presenters, your content will be posted on LINC Biz only.

Regardless of in-person or remote presentation, all posters must be uploaded to LINC Biz by October 27. Poster displays are expected to begin around October 18 and will be available until November 8, after the conference closes.

At the Sapporo venue, posters will be available for display from the evening of the 27th (scheduled for 5:00 p.m.) until 4:00 p.m. on the 29th during the conference.

The poster display on LINC Biz and the chat service are scheduled for October 18 through November 8. While online core times cannot be scheduled, the organizing committee will actively publicize opportunities for questions and discussion through LINC Biz among attendees before and after the conference dates, October 27-29.

In-person core times will be scheduled twice on the 28th, during the day and in the evening. There will be no rotation, so you can enjoy presenting and networking during both core times. There will be no formal social hour, so we encourage you to make the most of your core time.

Poster Awards

To encourage the research activities of young scientists, poster awards will be given for outstanding poster presentations. Eligible candidates include students and young scientists who have received their Ph.D. within the last few years.

Evaluation will be based on clarity of content, validity of methods, and soundness of results and conclusions. Both in-person and remote presenters will be evaluated. Therefore, interactions in the form of comments on LINC Biz and presentation skills at the in-person venue will not be considered as part of the evaluation.
