Subsidy for Temporary Childcare Service during the Conference

In this conference, we are offering a subsidy for the use of temporary childcare services, such as nursery facilities, to conference participants. Pre-registration is required separately from conference registration. For more details, please refer to the information below.

The subsidy details are as follows:

For the use of temporary childcare facilities by conference participants, the conference will provide a subsidy of up to 5,000 yen per day. The subsidy also applies to the use of childcare services for online participation, such as nurseries or babysitters near the conference venue in Sapporo. Please refer to the link provided for temporary childcare facilities near the venue.

If you wish to use the subsidy, please provide the following information and apply by email by September 29 (Friday):

- Name of the conference participant

- Affiliation, position, and academic year

- Intended childcare service (temporary childcare facilities in Sapporo, temporary childcare facilities in other regions, babysitter, etc.)

- Intended date and time of childcare service usage

- Estimated cost of childcare service
