Participation & Presentation Applications

While face-to-face participation is the primary method for presentations and attendance, we will also implement a hybrid format that allows for online presentations and viewing. In addition to the presentations at the venue, poster presentations will be delivered online via LINC-Biz, and symposium presentations will be streamed online via Zoom.

Application for Participation/Poster Presentation

Thank you for all the applications. The deadline for poster presentations and Autumn Field School has been closed on 9/29.

For those who wish to attend the conference as listeners only, whether in person or online, we are extending the application deadline until 10/13.

The deadline for participation/poster presentation applications is September 29, 2023 (Friday) 23:59 JST, and the deadline for abstracts is October 13, 2023 (Friday) 23:59 JST.

Poster presentations are only possible for members, so if you are not a member at this time, you will need to become a new member. We encourage non-members to join us on this occasion (please proceed with membership registration separately from here). The annual membership fee is 7,500 yen for regular members and 2,000 yen for student members.

Representatives & Speakers of planned symposium and public symposium: Free (Poster presentations are not allowed)

Members (General): 5,000 yen (Poster presentations are allowed)

Members (Students): 2,000 yen (Poster presentations are allowed)

Non-members (General): 8,000 yen (Poster presentations are not allowed)

Non-members (Students): 5,000 yen (Poster presentations are not allowed)
