Stay-Ins and Sleepovers

Pet sitters bring their own meals and cater for themselves. You may leave food or snacks for the sitter at your discretion.

Emergency Contact

Please provide the contact details of at least one other trusted person we can reach if we are unable to contact you during an emergency.

Veterinary Information

For your pet’s safety, please provide the name and contact details of the veterinary clinic your pet is registered with in Potchefstroom. 

This ensures we can respond quickly in case of illness or injury.

Additional Instructions: you may share other relevant information, such as:

• Opening for gardening or cleaning services

• Pets anxiety and safety with thunderstorm, or any other anxiety

• Medical conditions or medications

• Watering of plants

• Minimal swimming pool maintenance (if required)

Please also let us know about any calming or relaxation strategies that work for your pet, such as routines, commands, toys, music, or supplements. This information helps us care for your pet safely and comfortably. Not sharing important behaviour details may increase the risk of injury or damage.
