How Our Pricing Works

We use area-based zones to keep pricing fair and easy to understand.  Zones are based on distance from central Potchefstroom and allow us to include travel costs in advance. Please let us know your province and area of residence, and we will send you the price list of your zone.

✔ Zone A: Central areas
✔ Zone B: Further areas
✔ Zone C: Outer areas

Enjoy discounted rates on stay-ins from the 14th day of your booking.

No Extra Fee Services

• Travel within your area zone (no hidden travel fees)

• Medication administration (as instructed)

• Litter tray cleaning, or doggy messes.

• Photo & message updates

• Bringing in mail, moving bin for trash pickup.

• Basic home checks; lights, windows, swimming pool.

• Care for up to 4 dogs per household. (Excludes pocket pets: hamster, rabbits, chickens, etc.)

• Key collection & return

• Opening for garden and cleaning services with stay-ins, sleepovers, or daily visits that overlap their arrival time. Extra for petrol, if we have to drive out again for that specifically.

Payment Details

An invoice will be sent to you via WhatsApp once your booking is confirmed.
To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required in advance for amounts of R500 and more. Please send proof of payment to 077 299 1702. The remaining balance is due after the pet care period is completed, and must be settled before the key is returned. Proof of payment can be sent to the same number. 

Please note: Service will only commence after 50% of the amount has been received by proof of payment.
