12-Hour Daytime Stay-In

Our 12-Hour Day Stay service ensures your pet has a companion throughout the day—ideal for pets that need supervision, medication, or just enjoy company. Your sitter will arrive and leave at the times you specify, staying continuously during that period. Daytime care is more involved than overnight stays, as your pet is awake, active, and requires constant attention, stimulation, and interaction. The sitter’s full day is dedicated solely to your pet, limiting their availability for other bookings. 

All overnight or stay-in services involve access to your home and use of basic facilities such as the kitchen, bathroom, and Wi-Fi. The sitter will use these facilities responsibly. The client agrees to provide safe and suitable access to these areas.”

Hourly Stays & Short Notice Stays

Sometimes life happens, and you need pet care on shorter notice or for part of the day. We offer flexible hourly stays designed to fit your pet’s needs while keeping pricing fair and transparent. Our hourly stays provide flexible care for your pet when you need help on short notice or for part of the day.

 All hourly and short-notice stays include feeding, fresh water, playtime, companionship, walks, medication if required, light supervision, and respectful access to your home. Advance bookings secure lower hourly or flat rates, while short-notice or same-day bookings carry a small premium to cover schedule adjustments, travel, and urgent availability. 

Short stays are 2–4 hours, longer stays are 6–8 hours, and anything above 10 hours is almost equivalent to a full 12-hour Day Stay.  Longer bookings over 8 hours are best booked as a 12-hour Day Stay for value and convenience. This pricing ensures your pet receives attentive, reliable care while you enjoy peace of mind.

24/7 Hour Stay (Day + Night) 

Our 24-Hour Stay offers the most complete level of care—your sitter stays with your pet all day and overnight, providing constant companionship, feeding, walks, playtime, and comfort. It’s ideal for pets that need around-the-clock supervision or thrive on a steady routine. This is our most time-intensive service, meaning your sitter is fully dedicated to your pet for the entire 24-hour period and will not be taking care of any other clients during that time.

Because the sitter is committed to staying in your home for an extended period, they may occasionally ask for your permission to have a friend over for a short visit and will do their best to introduce that person to you beforehand. They may also check with you about running quick errands, like picking up groceries, if timing allows. Everything is done with your approval, with your pet’s comfort and safety as the top priority.

Most of our sitters are students, and may be required to attend classes on campus for some hours during the week, even though they stay-in at your pets.
