You acknowledge that you bear full responsibility for any material you upload or share. Pookie reserves the right to monitor, review, and remove content that is inappropriate, unlawful, or violates these terms. This includes, but is not limited to, content flagged by users or identified through automated systems.

2. User Conduct and Content Rules

Pookie employs a combination of automated systems, user reports, and a team of moderators to monitor compliance with these rules. Violations may result in actions including, but not limited to, content removal, warnings, account suspension, or permanent account termination.

3. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of the content they upload to Pookie. By posting content, you grant Pookie a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, and distribute your content for platform operations and marketing purposes. This license is necessary to provide the features and functionality of the Pookie platform.

All other platform content, including text, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by Pookie and is protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any such content without prior written permission from Pookie.

4. Paid Services

Pookie offers premium features to enhance your experience. These features are available for purchase through subscriptions or credits. Payments for premium services are processed securely via third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Subscription Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle. Users will be notified of any changes to subscription prices and given the opportunity to cancel before the changes take effect.

Refund Policy: Refunds for premium services are generally not available. Exceptions may be made in compliance with applicable laws. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team with relevant details.

5. Account Termination

Users may terminate their account at any time through the platform’s settings. Upon termination, Pookie reserves the right to delete user content and account information. Some residual content may remain visible due to technical constraints or legal requirements.

Pookie reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms or any misuse of the platform. Terminated accounts cannot be restored, and users may lose access to any unused credits or subscriptions.

6. Complaints and Reporting

Pookie takes community safety seriously. Users can report violations, abusive behavior, or inappropriate content through the in-app reporting tools or by contacting our support team. All complaints will be reviewed promptly, and appropriate action will be taken based on our investigation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pookie provides its services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive to maintain a reliable and secure platform, Pookie makes no guarantees regarding the uninterrupted availability or functionality of its services. Users agree that Pookie shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

• User-generated content or interactions with other users.

8. Indemnity

The app owner, affiliated entities, and partners disclaim any liability arising from misuse, misinterpretation, or misunderstanding of the app or its services. We bear no responsibility for any private interactions, including financial transactions, personal meetings, or dates, conducted independently between users.

9. Miscellaneous

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pookie. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nigeria.
