Career Technical Education

What does CTE do?

We equip our local and regional industries with prepared workers who have well-rounded academic, technical, and professional skills. We prepare the workforce to change the world!

How?

We provide students in RUSD with meaningful opportunities to explore, engage with, and experience the world of work, careers, and lifelong learning. We create dynamic classrooms, deliver rigorous curriculum, and facilitate collaboration, which invites students to solve problems, think creatively, and lead by example.

Why should you participate?

  • Free college credit! (Students complete the coursework during high school- on their high campus- and do not have to pay anything to receive credit for the transferable college units)

  • Experience in-class speakers and demonstrations!
