Join the team of volunteers helping El Paso ISD students succeed through the Volunteers in Public Schools (VIPS) program! From assisting with special events and classroom activities to supporting teachers and students, there are countless ways to get involved. Every act of service enriches the student experience and strengthens the bond between our schools and community.
We are so excited to work with you! We will update opportunities as they become available.
In order to volunteer at Polk, you must have VIPS approval. There are a lot of ways to participate with the PTA, but VIPS approval is an El Paso ISD requirement in order to be let onto campus and into the building. After you have submitted your application, it may take a few days for approval. If you are not sure of your application status, you may call Polk's front office to verify approval.
