Hello Polk Panthers!

On behalf of the PTA executive board at Polk, we want to extend a warm welcome all of our fellow Panthers--both seasoned and new--to another exciting year at the best little school in town!!

Polk PTA is a local organization comprised of parents, teachers, staff and members of the community who work together to provide various programs, family events, school and faculty support, and much more. We truly believe that working together is better for all of us, and most importantly, our students!

We have a lot of fun and exciting things planned this year, but we cannot do it without YOU! Our organization relies on support from our families and community members through an annual PTA membership. For 2026-2027, the membership fee is $10 (one time fee). When you join Polk PTA, you also become a Texas PTA member as well as a National PTA member. A PTA membership not only helps to fund our goals, but also provides families an opportunity to advocate for children at the local, state and national level. 

Polk Elementary PTA also relies on the generous support from families and the community through donations, community sponsors, and volunteers.  Volunteering is an engaging and rewarding experience that makes a huge impact on our students and community. There are plenty of opportunties to provide support!

Whether you are a new to Polk or one that has been part of our community for many years, we can't wait to spend the year with you!
