Poko Dungeon Privacy Policy

Brain Stone operates the mobile game Poko Dungeon. This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use the app.
Information We Process
Depending on the features you use, Poko Dungeon and its service providers may process the following information:
Account and identifiers. Firebase Authentication creates an anonymous Firebase user identifier. If you choose to connect Google Play Games, Google Play Games authentication information and a server-side access code are used to link that connection to the same game account. We do not use a Google Play Games profile name as your in-game leaderboard name.
Game and cloud-save data. We process game progress, character and equipment state, game settings, dungeon runs, leaderboard and reward records, and the remove_ads_lifetime entitlement needed to save, restore, secure, and operate the game. Leaderboards use a generated in-game display name and ranking or game-progress information; they do not use a fetched Google Play Games profile name.
Purchase-verification data. When you buy the non-consumable remove_ads_lifetime product, we process the product identifier, Google Play purchase token or order-related identifier, and the resulting entitlement only to verify, restore, reconcile, and protect the purchase. Google Play processes payment. Poko Dungeon does not receive your full payment-card or bank-account details.
Analytics and diagnostics. Firebase Analytics records app events such as sign-in, save, reward, leaderboard, and purchase-result events. Firebase Crashlytics, Unity Analytics, Unity Cloud Diagnostics, and other integrated SDKs may process installation-specific identifiers, diagnostic, crash, performance, device, and app-version information to maintain and improve the app.
Advertising and privacy-choice data. Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device or other identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, app interactions, ad interaction data, diagnostics, and consent status. Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) processes the privacy choices needed to determine whether ads may be requested where required by law.
Security, configuration, and update data. Firebase App Check uses Google Play Integrity on Android to help protect backend requests. Firebase Remote Config, Google Play In-App Updates, and related Google Play services may process app, package, version, integrity, device, and configuration information to provide security, configuration, and update availability.
Poko Dungeon does not ask for contacts, photos, precise device location, microphone recordings, or your real name or phone number for normal gameplay.
How We Use Information
We use this information to create and maintain a game session; save or restore game progress; operate cloud save, leaderboards, rewards, and account-linked features; verify and restore the remove_ads_lifetime purchase; show and measure rewarded advertisements; manage privacy choices; secure Firebase requests and protect game integrity; analyze reliability and feature use; diagnose crashes; and deliver configuration and Google Play update information.
Service Providers
Poko Dungeon uses Google and Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Remote Config, Analytics, Crashlytics, App Check, Google Play Integrity, Google Play Games Services, Google Play Billing, Google Play In-App Updates, Google Mobile Ads, and Google User Messaging Platform. It may also use Unity Analytics and Unity Cloud Diagnostics.

Advertising and Privacy Choices
Poko Dungeon may show rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob. On Android, the app updates UMP consent information at launch and shows a privacy message only when Google indicates that one is required. When UMP requires a privacy-options entry point, it is available in the app settings.
Purchasing remove_ads_lifetime lets an eligible player receive the applicable rewarded benefits without watching a rewarded ad. It does not prevent the app from presenting a legally required privacy message or privacy-options entry point.
Retention and Security
Poko Dungeon retains Poko-controlled account, cloud-save, reward, leaderboard, settings, and purchase-entitlement records only until you delete the linked game account or while they are needed to operate the game, resolve support issues, prevent fraud, and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations.
When you delete a linked account in the app, we immediately delete the Poko-controlled Firebase account and game data, including progress, character and equipment data, rewards, game settings, purchase-entitlement records, and leaderboard entries. We do not keep a separate Poko account record for data that Google, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google AdMob, Google Play, Unity Analytics, or Unity Cloud Diagnostics processes independently; those services process and retain data under their own policies.
Google Play purchase transactions are not cancelled or refunded by account deletion. If you later link an account again and the active Google Play billing account owns remove_ads_lifetime, the app may restore that entitlement after server verification. Your device language and UMP privacy-consent choices are device settings and remain after account deletion.
We use service providers that document encrypted transmission for their relevant services. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Account and Data Deletion
You can delete a linked Poko Dungeon account in the app: Settings > Account > Delete Account. To prevent accidental deletion, you must type DELETE and confirm.
The in-app deletion is available only for an account linked to Google Play Games. On successful deletion, the app closes and the next launch starts with a new anonymous game session. Deleting the app or clearing local app data alone does not delete cloud data; use the in-app deletion flow for a linked account.

Children
Poko Dungeon is not directed to children under the age at which they can provide consent for data processing under applicable law. If we learn that personal information from a child was collected without required consent, we will take reasonable steps to address it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its services, or applicable requirements change. We will publish the updated version on this page and revise the effective date.
