These **Subscription and Purchase Terms** (“**Purchase Terms**”) supplement the **Terms of Service** and **Privacy Policy** for **PokeVid: AI Video Generator** (“**PokeVid**”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They apply when you buy or use **paid subscriptions**, **free trials**, and **one-time in-app products** on **Google Play** (collectively, “**Paid Features**”).
There is **no separate PokeVid account**. Subscriptions, **credits**, and other purchases are tied to **Google Play** and your **device** as implemented in the app.
**Priority.** For **billing, free trials, auto-renewal, cancellation, price changes, and refunds** related to Google Play purchases, these Purchase Terms **prevail** over the general Terms of Service if there is a conflict. For all other matters (acceptable use, content rules, liability caps, etc.), the **Terms of Service** apply unless this document expressly states otherwise.
**Privacy.** Personal data is processed as described in our **Privacy Policy**, including for ads, analytics, and cloud processing.
By starting a trial, subscribing, or completing a one-time purchase, you agree to these Purchase Terms.

## 1. Plans, trials, billing, and auto-renewal
**1.1 Plans.** Subscription lengths (for example weekly, monthly, or annual) and prices are shown **in Google Play** at checkout and may vary by region or promotions.
**1.2 Free trial.** If we offer a trial, it converts to a **paid subscription** at the end of the trial **unless** you cancel **at least 24 hours** before the trial ends (or such other period as shown at purchase). You may cancel during the trial without charge if you cancel before conversion.
**1.3 Auto-renewal.** **Subscriptions renew automatically** until you cancel. Each renewal charges the payment method on file with **Google Play** at the then-current price (subject to Section 1.6).
**1.4 Payment processor.** Payments are processed by **Google** under the Google Play terms of payment. PokeVid does not receive your full card number from Google for those transactions.
**1.5 Taxes.** Prices may be stated inclusive or exclusive of taxes depending on Google’s display rules in your country.
**1.6 Price changes.** We may change subscription prices where permitted. Google may notify you or seek your consent in line with **Google Play** rules and local law. If you do not accept a new price, cancel before the change takes effect.
**1.7 Cancellation.** You can cancel subscriptions in your **Google Play account** → **Payments & subscriptions** → **Subscriptions**. Cancellation stops **future** renewals; you generally keep access until the end of the current period.
**Important:** **Uninstalling the app or deleting local data does not cancel** a subscription.
**1.8 Refunds.** Refunds are governed by **Google Play’s refund policy** and procedures. If Google approves a refund, access to Paid Features may be revoked. We do not promise refunds outside Google’s rules.

## 2. One-time in-app purchases
**2.1 Types.** The app may offer **one-time** products such as consumable **credits** or packs, or **non-consumable** unlocks. The product type and behaviour are described **at purchase** on Google Play and in-app.
**2.2 Consumables.** **Credits** and similar consumables are **deducted** when you use features that cost credits. Unless a **specific pack** states an expiry at purchase, **credits are not wiped to zero** merely because a subscription billing period renews—see **Section 3**. Credits may still become unavailable if we **lawfully discontinue** a feature, if **Google** revokes a purchase, or if you **lose** the purchasing Google account or device (Section 2.3).
**2.3 Non-consumables.** Non-consumable unlocks remain associated with your **Google Play account** (and sometimes device backup rules) as described at purchase.
**2.4 No cash value.** Virtual credits, points, or similar units have **no cash value**, are **non-transferable**, and are **not redeemable** for money except where law requires otherwise.
---
## 3. Credits from subscriptions and in-app purchases
PokeVid uses **virtual credits** (or the equivalent label shown in the app) to access certain AI or premium actions.
**3.1 Earning credits.** An **active subscription** may **grant credits** on the schedule shown in the app or on **Google Play** (for example each billing period). You may also **buy credits** through **one-time** in-app products.
**3.2 No period-end “reset to zero”.** Unless we **clearly disclose a different rule** at purchase or in-product, **we do not automatically clear your entire credit balance to zero** when a subscription **renews** or when a new billing period starts. Credits remain in your balance until **spent** on features, **unless** another subsection here applies.
**3.3 Spending.** When you use a feature that costs credits, the required amount is **deducted** from your available balance. If multiple balances or buckets exist in a future version, the **deduction order** will be shown in the app or at purchase.
**3.4 Subscription cancellation.** If you **cancel** a subscription, you **stop receiving future subscription credit grants** after the current period ends, but **credits you already hold** generally remain usable **until consumed**, subject to fair-use, security, or discontinuation terms in these Purchase Terms and the **Terms of Service**.
**3.5 Promotional or special packs.** Limited-time or promotional items may include **custom expiry or rules**; those rules are shown **at purchase** and control for that item.
---
## 4. Advertising and Paid Features
The free or ad-supported experience may show **third-party advertising** as described in the **Privacy Policy**. Paying for a subscription or certain purchases may reduce or remove **some** ads, **only if** we state that at purchase. If we do not promise an “ad-free” experience, assume ads may still appear in parts of the app or in third-party content areas.
---
## 5. User content — licence (aligned with Privacy Policy)
You retain ownership of your content subject to third-party rights.
You grant PokeVid a **limited, non-exclusive** licence to use your content **only** to:
- provide, operate, and troubleshoot the Paid Features you request;
- detect abuse, fraud, or security issues; and
- comply with law.
This aligns with our **Privacy Policy**: we **do not** use your uploads or prompts to train **shared general-purpose** models for unrelated services unless we update the Policy and obtain any consent required by law.
---
## 6. Acceptable use (purchase context)
Paid access does not allow prohibited uses. You must not use Paid Features to generate illegal content, infringe rights, harass others, or circumvent technical limits or metering. We may **revoke entitlements**, **zero abusive balances**, or **block the app** where violations or fraud are detected.
---
## 7. Disclaimers, liability, termination
**7.1 Disclaimers.** Paid Features are also provided **“as is”** and **“as available”** to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI outputs may be wrong, offensive, or unsuitable.
**7.2 Limitation of liability.** To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokeVid is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Our total liability relating to Paid Features is limited to the **amount you paid to us through Google Play for the Paid Feature in the six (6) months** before the claim, except where law forbids such a limit.
**7.3 Suspension.** We may suspend Paid Features if we detect chargebacks, fraud, policy violations, or legal obligations require it.
---
## 8. General
**8.1 Governing law.** These Purchase Terms are governed by the laws of **Singapore**, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would apply another law, **subject to** mandatory consumer protections in your country of habitual residence.
**8.2 Dispute resolution.** Subject to mandatory rights you have as a consumer, the **courts of Singapore** have **non-exclusive** jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Purchase Terms or Paid Features.
**8.3 Severability.** If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
**8.4 No waiver.** Failure to enforce is not a waiver.
