This Privacy Policy describes how PokeVid: AI Video Generator (“PokeVid”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use our Android application and related online features (collectively, the “Service”).

## 2. Information categories (Google Play Data safety)
We align this Policy with the categories currently declared for PokeVid in **Google Play → App content → Data safety**. Those categories are:
### 2.1 App activity
- **App interactions** — for example which screens or flows you open, taps or selections related to features, and coarse in-app events we use to understand whether the app works as intended and to improve the product.
- **Installed apps** — where supported by an integrated SDK or platform feature, **limited information about applications present on the device** may be processed for purposes such as advertising measurement, fraud prevention, or compatibility, **as declared for this app in Google Play Data safety**.
- **Other actions** — other user-driven or automated in-app actions logged for diagnostics, product analytics, or abuse prevention, as disclosed in Data safety.

## 3. Media and text you send for AI features
When you use AI video tools, you may import or capture **photos, videos, audio**, or enter **text prompts**. That content is transmitted to **cloud processors** and model providers **so we can return the output you request**.
**Use of this content**
- It is used **to run the feature** you invoked and for **session integrity**, **abuse detection**, and **legal compliance** where needed.
- We **do not** use your uploads or prompts to train **shared general-purpose** AI models for unrelated products, or to profile you for ads based on the **semantic content** of your prompts or uploads. If that ever changed, we would update this Policy and obtain any consent required by law.
**Faces**
- We do **not** offer facial **recognition** to identify individuals or to build a face database. Face pixels may be transformed only as part of the **effect or edit** you asked for.

## 4. Purchases on Google Play
**Subscriptions** and **credit packs** are sold through **Google Play**. Google processes payments; we receive status and identifiers needed to **unlock features** and **credit balances** on your device. We do **not** receive your full payment card number from Google.

## 5. Advertising
The app may display **third-party ads** (for example through **Google AdMob** or other networks we add). Ad partners may rely on **device or other IDs** and **app interactions** to deliver and measure ads. Their processing is also subject to **their** policies and, where applicable, your choices in **device settings** and **UMP** (Section 2.3 and 2.1).
We do **not sell** personal information for money. Some ad activities may qualify as **“sharing”** or **“targeted advertising”** under US state laws; see Section 12.

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, for example:
- **Telemetry** (crash, diagnostics, interactions) — typically on **rolling** retention windows appropriate to each tool
- **Support email** — until your request is resolved and any legal hold ends
- **Content submitted for AI processing** — kept only as long as needed to complete the job, handle a ticket you opened, or meet legal/security needs
Because there is **no PokeVid account**, deletion requests may be limited to **contact data** (email you send us) and **identifiers** we can reasonably link to your request. We may ask for **purchase receipts** or **Google Play order IDs** to verify entitlement issues.
