Welcome to Pokecord! Pokecord#4908's Terms of Service (the "Terms") is an agreement between Pokecord#4908 (the "Development", "us", "our", or "we") and you ("you" or "your"). By accessing the "Pokecord#4908" (Discord application ID 705016654341472327) Discord application (the "Bot") with any Pokecord Account ("Account") or the websites located at https://pokesaur.net and https://sites.google.com/view/pokecord4908/home (the "Sites"), which are collectively referred to as the "Service", you agree to have read, understood, and accept to be under enforcement of the Terms.

When you agree to our Terms of Service agreement via Discord, you agree to create an Account tied to your Discord account ID. Consequentially, you are held responsible for all activity under your Account. We do not take liability for your loss or damage of goods and perks ("Content") within the Service for reasons such as, but not limiting to unauthorized access or loss of access to your Account.

The Development reserves the right to update the Terms at any given time with or without reason. Continued usage of the Service after the Terms have been updated represents your acceptance, understanding, and agreement to the updated Terms respectfully. Objections towards the Terms will result in your inability to use our Service. We reserve the right to use our interpretations of the Terms under any circumstance. Please contact us via our Discord server for complaints and inquiries.

The Development reserves the right to change or shut down, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any user access to the Service without notice for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of the Terms. In such event of a violation of these Terms, the Development reserves the right to issue you and all associated parties an immediate termination or suspension ("Blacklist") of all Accounts you have accessed the Service with. You acknowledge that the Development is not required to provide notice or reason before Blacklisting applicable Account(s) registered to the Service, but it may do so. 

By accessing the Service, you agree to abide by these Terms, which include the Purchases and Subscriptions section on this webpage and its contents below, the Guidelines, and the Privacy Policy.

Purchases and Subscriptions

When purchasing any of the packages or subscriptions (also included under Content) we offer, you agree that all payments are final and will not initiate chargebacks or refunds. Upon infringement of the Terms, we reserve the right to revoke any purchased good(s) and perk(s) ("Purchased Content") subscription good(s) and perk(s) ("Subscription Content") while temporarily or permanently Blacklisting your Account. We reserve the right to cancel any package or subscription regardless of any specified timeframe. This includes, but does not limit to limited time packages or promotions. Pricing and Subscription Content is subject to change at any given time. You will be notified of such changes if you have an active subscription tied to your Discord account and/or Account.

When subscription pricing is updated, any current payment term(s) you possess tied to your Account will not reflect subsequent pricing. Any subsequent payment(s) will reflect said change. Subscriptions and Subscription Content are directly applied to your Account. Any subscription perks applied will remain until the end of payment term(s) if an applicable term exists, except in cases of infringement of the Terms. Any subscription goods claimed are permanently granted, except in cases of infringement of the Terms. Subscriptions cancelled early will grant full benefit of any Subscription Content, except in cases of infringement of the Terms. You may cancel a subscription at any given time.
