Welcome to Pokecord! This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is enforced by our Terms of Service. Accessing the Service implies your agreement to all data we collect. By accessing the Service, you grant the Development access to your public Discord account information. By accessing the Service, you grant the Development access to publically available user information. The Development does not share, sell, or distrubute in any way, data collected and processed with any third parties.

Data We Collect

Data from the activities you engage in

When you access the Service, we collect data about your activities. For example, you may gift users Pokémon, purchase Pokémon from the market, or use in-game currency to bid on auctions. 

Data from your Discord account

When you agree to our Terms of Service, we automatically collect your public Discord account data. (e.g., username, Discord ID)

Data from using optional features

Certain features, like setting spawn channels, require you to provide additional data to make them work. 

How We Use Your Data

To provide you with the services

We use the data you provide us to provide you access to the Service. For example, when you start a trade, we process your command so the Bot can respond to it while mentioning your trade partner. We also collect and store the data from the trade.

To contact you

We use your data to contact you in connection with your Account, such as to confirm details about your activity within the Service. We may also use your data to contact you about previous purchases or important policy changes. 

To provide customer service

We use your data to respond to your questions about Pokecord, and to potentially investigate bugs or other issues.
