I am assigned to be the POD 26 Career Coach. I service Leith-Walk Elementary/Middle School, Success Academy, and Secondary Virtual. With 14 years of teaching experience in Baltimore City Public Schools, I’ve had the joy of shaping young minds, witnessing their growth and fostering meaningful relationships.

- Developing a digital business development company that will provide e-consultancy, digital business platform development, and mentoring and training to scale to independent business owners, small business, and the goverment to scale their businesses in the digital marketplace
Excel Academy 2019-2021: Career and Research Development Program
- Created a 2-tiered Career and Research Development for high schools students enrolled at an alternative high school

Career Coach Goals

Assist students with learning about themselves and complete the Holland's Career Assessment
Teach students how to identify career fields aligned with interest, strengths, and skills
Host monthly workshops on career awareness and development
Aid in developing a comprehensive post-secondary plan
Help secure a summer job in the chosen career field
Learn about relevant CTE classes and high schools.
Understand required required job skills and connect with professionals.
