Pocket Joey allows parents or guardians to request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your Pocket Joey account and data, please email:

pocketjoey.app@gmail.com
(Use the email address associated with your Pocket Joey account, if applicable.)

Please include:

• Your request to delete your Pocket Joey account

• Any relevant details that help us identify your account (for example, the parent email address, if registered)
  
  

What data is deleted

When an account deletion request is processed, we delete:

• Parent account data

• Child profiles

• Savings goals

• Tasks and task history

• Any other data associated with the account
  
  

Data retention

• Account and associated data are deleted within 30 days of a verified request

• We may retain minimal records if required to comply with legal obligations
