Shalom Chin is an Agile Coach and Scrum Master at MSD (Merck Sharp & Dohme). After a failed attempt to build a product with Waterfall, he explored other alternatives and discovered Agile. Since then, he has coached and led Agile teams in various organizations ranging from start-ups to the government. He possesses solid product experience in different domains such as social media, digital platforms, and data warehousing. Currently, he is pursuing his Registered Scrum Trainer certification endorsed by Dr. Jeff Sutherland in Scrum Inc's True Scrum Incubator Program. In his spare time, he enjoys reading books over a glass of wine.
