Registration time
3-day Registration begins from 8:30am (instead of 8am)
Shuttle Service ( between Aloft Hotel and Confernce Venues)
A small van will be arranged from Aloft to the Conference Venues.
From Aloft: 8:30am, 8:45am and 9am, during September 16-17 (Day1-2)
From Conference Venues (SUMC or ENR2): 5:10pm, 5:25pm and 5:40pm, during September 16-17 (Day1 & 2)
Day 3 (September 18)
From Aloft to ENR2: 8am and 8:40am
Shuttle Bus and Route: Shuttle Bus (after the Luncheon, in front of ENR2) → Aloft Hotel (stopping for 15 minutes) →Biosphere 2
Please note that there will be NO hybrid sessions in this event. All presentations marked “online” will be available only for the in-person or on-site audience except the keynote speeches.
