Pawsitively Loved Rescue Society is a Registered Non-Profit Society of BC  Canada.

Our Society is dedicated to alleviating the suffering caused to Dogs from irresponsible ownership, abuse, neglect and abandonment. The aim of our Society is to rescue and rehabilitate dogs and to find loving homes for them and to educate the public on the importance of sterilization of pets. Our Society takes in unwanted, abused and neglected dogs, accepts owner surrenders, and provides free medical attention at the Veterinarian. Our Dogs are cared for and live in our rescuers home. When they are ready to travel, we post them for adoption and/or foster to find them loving forever homes in BC Canada.

We also attend free spay and neuter clinics and speak to the importance of sterilization in pets to reduce the number of strays and stop the suffering of street dogs.

Our volunteers are the heartbeat of our mission, and your compassion enables us to save lives and make a meaningful impact in animal rescue. Through the combined efforts of volunteers in 2024 we placed more than 100 very lucky dogs into amazing homes!  By adopting you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and the opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot.  On most occasions (99% of the time) our dogs fly into YVR Vancouver BC.  We do not adopt our dogs out of BC as we have no support in other provinces.
