Amanda was rescued June 2024 where she gave birth to 8 puppie.  Unfortunately only 2 of her puppies survived. 

Amanda is currently in foster with Yara in Mexico.

MEET BUNNY: (Located in Cancun Mexico)

Bunny is one of two puppies  found on the street June 22, 2025. Bunny's blood work is good. She weighs 3.55 kgs.

As she was just recently rescued we are just learning more about her personality. Once she has been in our care for awhile and she has been fully vetted more information will be posted here and on our Facebook Page.

We are hoping to have her ready for adoption for the net available flight to YVR Canada.

 MEET RONY: (Located in Foster in Vancouver)

Rony, sweet, scared male puppy, rescued with his sibling Hooky (now Casper) Their mother is a Border Collie He is approximately 10 months old now & weighs 8.5kg.

Rony remains quite fearful. He is being fostered in an amazing environment that will really help him work through his current challenges. It is thought the best home for adorable Rony would be with someone that actually doesn’t work from home, or works part time so that Rony does not develop separation anxiety. He needs to learn to be alone and be comfortable alone. He is currently getting some really needed decompression time from his long journey to Canada.

He needs a person that understands house training as he is not currently house trained but he is a quick study if his partner knows what to do. He has actually had no accidents in his current foster – she is a dog trainer by trade and well versed in this field. 

Rony gets anxious with the sounds and commotion of a busy street, with bicycles, children, scooters and excitement of summertime. He needs a home with a yard to explore, currently a condo would not suit him. He could do walks in more remote areas that don’t have so much action going on. Like in the forest where you run into only a few other humans and their dogs.

Mini was found living in poor neglected conditions. Her rescuer found her inside a bucket as a young puppy. 

She is now 9 months old and weighs 8 kgs,

She was a little shy at first but now she is in a home with many other dogs, cats and kids and becoming more socialized. She is so so ready to give love to a family.

This little guy was rescued along with his two siblings (now named Chewbaca and Bijou) from a home where they were not kept in good condition.

Grogu (Chilakill is the Mexican name). 

He was found abandoned in the street in the middle of a highway. He is a Chihuahua and weighs 5 kg. He is about 3 to 4 years old. His rescuer says "He is my little shadow".

Grogu is a quiet little sweetheart, full of love and kindness, He is more of an observer than the life of the party - calm, steady, and easygoing. I you are looking for a companion who isn't "in your face" but will quietly stay by your side, Grogu might be the perfect match.

MEET ROMINA: Located in Orizaba Mexico

Romina is one year old, fully grown and weighs 15 kg. 

Yes her smile is deformed as she has a deformed bite from when she was a puppy. But that doesn't mean she doesn't have a cute smile. 

She was rescued as a puppy in November 2024 as her owner was going to have her put down. She likes to play and is very gentle with all. Her jaw has been x-rayed and is fine.

MEET MAISY: Located in Orizaba Mexico

Sweet Maisy, a 2-year-old female pug weighing just 7.5 kg, has endured more than any dog ever should.

At the end of June 2025, Maisy gave birth to two adorable puppies. But instead of receiving care and comfort, she was found chained up in a filthy and neglected area—a heartbreaking sight for any animal lover.

Concerned neighbors, realizing she was suffering and her owner was nowhere to be seen, took action. 

Maisy recently arrived into our care. Her puppies will join us soon.

Despite everything she’s been through, Maisy remains gentle, sweet, and full of love. Her eyes still hold a spark of hope—and we are here to make sure her future is bright.

Maisy has suffered enough. It’s time for a new beginning.

She’s now safe, and soon, she’ll be ready to fly to her forever home.

Nelson was found in the street. No one claimed him so he was brought to one of our rescuers, Yara.

MEET MADISSON: Located in Orizaba Mexico

This little lady has quite the story. On August 23 our rescue ladies were on their way to Mexico City airport to send off 11 of their doggies flying to Canada to their forever homes.

On their way they stopped for a rest and saw this very pregnant dog in the middle of nowhere. 

They were told the Mexico Pound were on their way to take her and dispose of her (too many dogs in Mexico). 

They could not leave her there. So they picked her up and put her inside with the other furry travellers. This little sweetie went all the way to Mexico City and back to Orizaba. She was so well behaved the whole trip. 

We had to do what was needed but she is healthy and safe. She is a beautiful gentle dog and she is available for adoption.

Meet HOPE: 

HOPE is currently available for adoption AND is also looking for a foster and the current foster situation has changed - Please reach out if you can help to Tara, Evelyne, Kira or Vicki. 

This sweet girl has been through a lot. She was rescued with bad eyes not treated which resulted in them having to be removed. In Mexico she is was never likely to get the chance of a family.

Despite being blind she responds to voice and is very good at following them. She is good on a leash. 

Hope is a beautiful, gentle, affectionate, loving soul. She is playful and the loss of her sight really doesn't seem to bother her.

Hope’s perfect home would have a doggy playmate for her around the same weight (17kg) and energy level or approximate age (5yrs, but with puppy like energy bursts! Zooomies!) Her human(s) would be home the majority of the time (not working out of the home) Hope does not like to be in a crate. She needs a yard, Hope loves being outside.

Luna is a tiny sweetheart — she is just 4.7 kg and about 2–2.5 years old. She’s a loving little doll who adores being with her people.

Luna has been with her family for 6 months here in Vancouver

She does have one quirk: sometimes she gives little nips without warning. Because of this, Luna is looking for a family who has the time, patience, and means to help her work through this habit with kindness and consistency.

Fanny was spotted in June 2025 homeless and wandering the streets.  She likely had a home before. She would always run away when spotted but finally a number of  people helped to get her and bring to our Rescue. She travelled well in the car.

YADI was reported as being chased in the street by other male dogs.  She was taken into foster by someone in Orizaba Mexico. However, the foster turned out to not be a good foster and so she came into our rescue.

She is 2 years old, weighs 16kgs and is a Labrador mix.

She is a very gentle girl and is good with the other dogs where she is staying.

MEET VINNY: Located in Orizaba  Mexico

Vinny is Vanessa's sibling (already adopted). He is owner surrendered. His owner put him out in the street. 

He is a tiny Chihuahua mix puppy and will stay small size.

Vinny is available for adoption and can be on our next available flight if adopted.

He will be fully vetted, dewormed, 4DX snap test for heartworm, Lyme disease, Ehrlichia & Anaplama. 5-1 plus rabies vaccine.

MEET CLEO: Located in Orizaba Mexico

Cleo is Shelly's baby (already adopted) and Byron's brother (below). Both puppies are available.

Cleo is a tiny sweet puppy who loves to play. 

Cleo and Byron do not have to be adopted together, but it would be wonderful to keep them together. As such the adoption fee for two can be adjusted.

Nothing would be more beautiful than seeing these two  built-in playmates head to the same home together. Having each other would make their transition to Canada so much easier.

MEET BYRON: Located in Orizaba Mexico

Byron was rescued with his sister Cleo (female) and Mommy Shelley (now adopted) from a very poor owner. 

He is very tiny and will stay small size. He is super playful and not afraid of large dogs as you will see in his videos.
