The Dispatch division has a simple ranking structure containing three primary ranks. While all ranks in-game are fundamentally the same, each of them has it's own duties and responsibilities that are carried out by a member of that role.
A Probationary Dispatcher is an employee who has successfully passed the Probationary Dispatcher Application. This role allows you to join the live server as a Probationary Dispatcher which is the beginning of your learning process. Be sure to listen to other Dispatchers and government officials. It is acceptable for you to observe an on duty dispatcher until you feel comfortable.
Probationary Dispatchers are eligable to complete the Dispatcher Application to become a full fledged Dispatcher within the Dispatch Division.
A Dispatcher is an employee who has successfully passed the Dispatcher application process and has received all the relevant training and experience. Their job is to delegate emergencies to government officials while simultaneously managing communications and other important features of the role.
As a Dispatcher you have the ability to use Police Broadcast no matter your police rank.
A Senior Dispatcher is a well experienced individual who has proven themselves to the Dispatch Command. There are more duties and responsibilities delegated to Senior Dispatchers. These duties and responsibilities, include but not limited to, conducting peer reviews for Dispatchers, evaluating dispatchers during Semi-Annual evaluations, training new dispatchers, and maintaining an active presence within the Live Server.
In order to become a Senior Dispatcher, there must first be a vacancy within one of the four positions. Once there is a vacancy, the Dispatch Command team will open applications for those who meet the requirements. If you pass the application, you are given the rank of Senior Dispatcher
As a Senior Dispatcher you can set warrants and have the ability to see properties/vehicles list on unwarranted persons regardless your police rank.
Dispatch Command ensure that the Dispatch division is running smoothly by maintaining the divsion's policies and procedures, organising recruitment cycles/training, presenting new ideas to develop the division and answering helpdesk tickets.
