Terms of Use - Plotsy

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Plotsy app (the app), developed by Serhii Tykhonenko (we, us). By downloading or using Plotsy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Not medical advice
Plotsy is a personal journal for your own records. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or recommendations. The app does not diagnose conditions, calculate or recommend medication doses, predict flare-ups, or replace professional care. Any information, charts, or observations shown are simply summaries of what you chose to record. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health and before making any medical decision. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. You are solely responsible for how you use the information you keep in Plotsy.
2. License
Purchases and subscriptions
The core of Plotsy is free, with no ads. Plotsy Pro unlocks the doctor-ready PDF report, CSV export, and deeper charts. Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly, or yearly with a 3-day free trial) or a one-time non-consumable "Lifetime" purchase, sold through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the period at the price shown at purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Previous purchases can be restored with the Restore button on the paywall. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your content
Everything you enter in Plotsy is yours. It is stored on your device; we do not access, collect, or receive it (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping your own backups using the in-app backup feature.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with its security, or using it in any unlawful way.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Keep regular backups of your data.
Free app
Plotsy is provided free of charge. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or advertising in this version.
8. Changes
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
