A. Continuously support the curricular programs by having available resources for the teaching and research needs of the university.
B. Strengthen the information technology facility to promote online services and keep the library engaged and connected to the users.
C. Promote the library as a fun and relaxing place by having a functional area for discussions, board games, and leisure reading.
D. To participate in library networks and linkages.
A. To improve the library collection by constantly acquiring books, references, and other reading materials whether print or electronic in line with the needs of the academic programs.
B. To promote open access resources and explore the vast collection available online and harvest eResources from reliable websites following the Copyright Law.
C. To regularly conduct a review of the collection to know the strengths and weaknesses of various disciplines.
D. To consistently accept and source out donations from various institutions.
E. To put up Marikina Heritage Section in partnership with Marikina City Library.
F. To increase the number of information technology resources like computers and printers.
G. To improve the internet capability of the library to be able to provide library services remotely.
H. To be visible on various platforms like social media to keep the library connected and to reach the students and faculty virtually through phone, email, or chat.
I. To put up a discussion area, a recreational reading space like the Reading Garden and an area for board games.
J. To collaborate with other libraries and join in consortiums.
A. Circulation Section offers a collection of foreign books in various subject areas to supplement each curriculum offered by the university.
B. Filipiniana Section has books published in the Philippines, about the Philippines, and books written by Filipino authors. Rizaliana Collection is also located in this section.
C. Computer Section provides internet access through desktop and free 30-minute use of computer for online researching and applications like MS Office. Internet access is limited to research only.
D. Recreational Reading Section is a collection of fiction and non-fiction books.
E. Periodicals Section includes newspapers and magazines like professional journals, Time, Newsweek, Reader’s Digest, etc.
F. Reference Section is a collection of reading materials containing general information such as dictionaries, encyclopedias, almanacs, atlases, handbooks, yearbooks, etc.
G. Reserved Section contains books that are out of print including frequently used books with limited copy. These are for room use only.
H. Law and Governance Section is a collection of books about Law and Constitution.
I. Theses Section is a collection of undergraduate and graduate thesis of the students. Room reading only.
J. Technical Services Section is an area where acquired library materials are processed for use by the patrons like cataloging and labeling.

A. Verify the availability of materials using the OPAC located at the Computer Section.
B. Type the subject, author, or title of the book you wanted to search for.
C. Copy important details like the Title, Author, Location, and Call Number.
D. Feel free to ask assistance from any of the library staff for the location of the library material.
A. Online Library folder which is a compilation of available Open Access Resources to guide the users in finding reliable information online even if the library is physically closed due to COVID-19 pandemic. As of now, there are more than 30 suggested websites and this will always be updated and more reliable academic eResources will be included.
B. Online Newspapers and Magazines folder was consolidated to easily go to various websites of local and foreign newspapers and magazines.
C. Free eBooks folder is for Free downloadable eBooks online.
