Intro to JROTC

8/31/2020

NJROTC is an Elective/PE credit

This year we will be doing PT like always, adapted so you can do all exercises in your own home.

We will take time to teach and learn about Navy knowledge, fundamentals of leadership, and military customs. (all information for this can be found under the 'cadet resources' tab)

Also, cadets will have time to talk with platoon leadership if they need assistance with schoolwork,  want to learn more advanced NJROTC skills, or simply need someone to talk to.

There will be designated time to research and discuss possible plans for your future, as well as exercises to help formulate said plans. (ex; what collages would be a good fit, what is it like to enlist in the military) and possible meeting with professionals in fields of interest.

For more detailed course description, check out the course syllabus

Further information and instruction will commence during your class period's meeting, all classroom links are available here
