Hello Cadets, I am Cadet Lieutenant Commander Gianni Frauton, and I am the Commanding Officer at Point Loma High School’s Navy JROTC. I am responsible in overseeing that everything runs smooth and accordingly within our program. This is my 4th year as a JROTC Cadet, my 1st year being with an AFJROTC unit and this being my 3rd at PLHS NJROTC. I am a 2022 Leadership Academy Graduate, I am the Drone Team Commander, and I have previously served as a Platoon Commander (now known as Company Commanders) and the N2 Safety & Intel Officer here at Point Loma. Outside of NJROTC, I am at my job consistently or spending time with my friends and relaxing. After high school, I plan on going to college to pursue my bachelor’s degree while serving as a Reservist in the Marine Corps. All this to fulfill my dream of commissioning to become a pilot of fixed-wing aircraft, not rotary :) First half of the year went great, let’s keep it going and finish off strong. GO POINTERS!!!

Hey everyone! I'm Senior Chief Petty officer Emerson McNulty, I am the Command Senior Chief of our unit. My job responsibilities are to watch over the enlisted cadets, to conduct drill advancements, updating the Navy knowledge sheet, and helping in event/ceremony planning. I am now in my 3rd year of NJROTC and with that has come a lot of experience that I got from previously being a squad leader, LPO, Company commander, alpha to previous N-7's, and now I am currently academic team co-commander, archery co-commander, and choir commander. I am a junior at Point Loma High School. I enjoy reading and music and after high school I am looking to go to college and major in physics while continuing with ROTC and then going into the Navy to start a career in aviation. I can't wait to see what happens next this year!

I’m cadet Chief Petty Officer Olivia Meehan and I’m the N1 or Administrative Officer. I am in charge of dealing with the records of all cadets in the unit. I track what award and promotions cadets have gotten. I also print out the promotion and award certificates. Additionally I organize the Cadet of the Month Awards, such as printing out the voting sheets and planning the meeting to make a decision on which cadets will be the Cadet of the Month for every month of the school year. Hello everyone I’m Cadet LTJG Josie Martinez (they/them). I was chosen as this year’s N-4/Supply Officer (2ND YEAR AND GOING STRONG!!) My job is to handle all uniform items and supplies including issuing and returning uniform items as well as taking inventory and making orders. I am a Junior and it is my 3rd year in NJROTC. Formerly I held the positions of N-4, Assistant to N-6, Archery Team co-commander, and Squad Leader. I was a 2022 JCLC graduate and am on Archery, Academics, Orienteering, CyberPatriots, JLAB, Choir, UDT, and ADT. Outside of school I like writing and playing soccer (which I plan to join a team). After high school I want to attend community college and go to a 4 year college and then commission as an officer in the Navy and become a pilot. I may look unfriendly but I promise I’m not so please come up and talk to me.

Hello Cadets, I am Cadet Chief Petty Officer Isabel Baker, and I am the N-5 Public affair officer at Point Loma High School’s JROTC. I am a 2022 JCLC Graduate, I am the Color Guard and Honor Guard Team Commander. I am currently working on bringing a team and Bugle corps team to out JROTC unit. I have previously severed as a squad leader and an alfa to the pervious N-5s. Outside of JROTC I enjoy playing guitar and dance. After high school, I plan on going to college to pursue a bachelor’s degree in leadership studies while serving as a Reservist in the Marine Corps. After college I will go to  active duty service as a Drill Instructor before commissioning as a pilot.

Hello guys I’m Cadet Commander Jakob Gruenberg. Go BATTALION!!! The N6 Information and Systems Officer; My job is fix and manage all technology in the unit. I was formally 5th platoon commander and N-3 for  PLHS. This year I am serving on SDUSD junior ROTC brigade as the J-3. I like cyberpats and am the team commander for PLHS. I am a senior and this is my 4th year in NJROTC. Outside of NJROTC I am a member of our school's debate club and President of the Mock Trial club. I founded the  environmental club at PLHS with the goal of serving my community. I am also an intern in the Northrop Grumman HIP program. After high school I plan on attending the Naval academy and studying nuclear engineering. I can’t wait to have an amazing year!
