I BACKGROUND
Prior, the not for profit association "Promotion of Learning and Education in Distance, PLEAD in acronym" is legally registered and established in Burundi country of Africa located nearby other enclosed countries of the Great Lakes Region of Africa (GLRA) extended beyond and above equator in Sub-Saharan area.
PLEAD is primary pursuing the goal of improving education of quality by highlighting the intellectual openness through the innovation of digital literacy introducing fully distant learning or blended learning in favor of young generation living in the most enclosed region of world for unclosing their future opportunities peacefulness based.
For the time being, thanks tGreat Lakes Region of Africa (GLRA) extended beyond and above equator in Sub-Saharan area.
PLEAD is primary o the online training that I have followed by the Institute for Economics and Peace, IEP in acronym, PLEAD is putting before the implementation of the eight pillars of positive peace framework for supporting the same peoples hampered by their inefficient traditional economic functions based conflicts covered by violent extremism favored by scarce resources face to the galloping demographic trend in the enclosed countries of GLRA in order to prevent all risks of cyclical falling in internal or external shocks by struggling against ignorance which allows to overcome its main corollary effects including poverty and violence.
The exchange of knowledge and best practices towards e-learning process among peoples involved in formal and informal training will strengthen more and more the eight pillars of the positive peace in the enclosed countries of the GLRA because the fact of working together in raising the quality of education will surely allow to share among classmates the best vision of humanity which may generate more other added values including the intellectual openness of young populations leading to the mandatory same vision of achieving the all Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) in the enclosed countries of the GLRA who have to modernize its economic system of production as well as to diversify its economic baselines in order to achieve the reliable peacefulness during a long run fostered by the welfare driven by the global goals to be reached as soon as possible
