The primary aim of Public Library Bhiswa is to ensure easy access to knowledge, information, and educational resources for all villagers. The library provides a free, inclusive, and peaceful space for reading, research, and self-development.
Free Registration: Membership is open to all age groups at no cost.
Required Documents: A valid ID (Aadhaar or any Government-issued ID) and local address proof are mandatory for registration.
Each member can borrow up to 2 books at a time for 2 days.
A late fee will be charged if books are not returned on time.
In case of damage or loss, members must either replace the book or pay its current price.
The reading room is open to all registered members.
Maintain Silence: Respectful and quiet behavior is mandatory inside the library.
No Mobile Usage: Mobile phones must be kept on silent or switched off inside the reading hall.
The library maintains a collection of educational, cultural, and competitive exam books.
A separate section for children and youth is available to encourage early reading habits.
The library plans to introduce e-books, digital journals, and online learning resources in the near future to support digital literacy.
