📚 Library Arrangement

• Total Storage: 4 cupboards (Almirahs) with 12 rows in total.
  
  

• Numbering System:
  
  

  • Each cupboard and row has a unique number (Almirah No. / Row No.).
    
    

  • Each book has a Location Code on its label.
    
    

  • Example: A3-R2 means Almirah No. 3, Row No. 2.
    
    

📖 Rules for Book Placement

✅ Take & Return Properly:
Always put the book back where you took it from.

✅ Check the Location Code:
Before returning, match the Almirah Number and Row Number written on the book label.

✅ Wrong Placement Causes Problems:

• Misplaced books become hard to find.
  
  

• Other readers may miss important study material.
  
  

✅ If You’re Unsure Where to Keep:

• Place the book on the “Return Shelf” or hand it over to the Librarian.
  
  

• Ask the librarian for help if you are confused about book placement.
