Public Library Bhiswa is a government-supported library located in Khairwa Malahi Gram Panchayat, Bhiswa. It was established on 16 June 2025 through the dedicated efforts of the ASCARS Team with the vision of promoting education, knowledge, and awareness in rural Bihar.

Our library serves as a peaceful and student-friendly space where readers, students, and researchers can explore books across a wide range of subjects. We aim to empower the local community by making knowledge free, accessible, and inclusive for everyone.
