Manage calendars, schedule property viewings, and coordinate client meetings.
Handle email correspondence, respond to inquiries, and provide client support.
Perform data entry, update property listings, and maintain real estate databases.
Assist in preparing documents, contracts, presentations, and reports.
Conduct market research and compile relevant property-related data.
Support real estate agents with CRM management and transaction coordination.
Provide general administrative assistance and complete ad-hoc tasks as required.
