Our Story – Where Heart Meets Hustle 🇵🇭🇦🇺

It all began in 2019, with a baby on one arm, a laptop on the other, and a dream that wouldn't wait.

Together with my co-founder Ella, we started small, assisting her as my very first client. She was managing under 100 properties entirely on her own, wearing every hat: Director, Property Manager, Admin - you name it, she did it.

She needed help. And I was ready.

From responding to enquiries and managing bookings, to handling follow-ups and document prep, I took on every administrative task I could, so she could breathe, delegate, and focus on growing.

That one partnership became the seed for what would later become The Platinum Support, officially established in 2023, when we decided to build a team and help more clients like her, clients who needed reliable, caring support in their real estate business.

Since then, we’ve grown into a team of passionate and professional Virtual Assistants based in the Philippines, supporting real estate teams, business owners, and entrepreneurs in Australia with the same dedication we gave on day one.

We may work behind the scenes, but we’re the reason many businesses move forward smoothly.
