The art of baking is not to force but to feel the pulse.
following the topic of described pulse, the project seeks to enhance enabling-strctures for a buisness, that can revive the traditional breadmaking.
Greating a buisnessplan, Marketing concepts and a possible home (Masterplan for bakery) is the tasks. Structures and properties of gluten and bacteria therfore will be translated into visuals and geometrc properties. Therfore datapoints will be used to experiment with grasshopper, finding possible desings, both for advertisment, concept and architectual properties.
The project ‘Urban Eats‘ is a street food market located in Bankok, Thailand.
After we did some research, we realized that a number of problems can arise at such a street food market. In particular, the following points should be mentioned in this context: (1) lack of space; (2) food waste; (3) incorrect waste disposal; (4) lack of hygiene; (5) lack of protection from the weather.
Our aim in this project is to solve these problems by architectural means or, where this is not entirely possible, at least to minimize them.
Our center will include a farm, planting and learning place. Kids and adults of the poorer side of Brazil will learn how to manage agriculture ofcourse also with the newst ways of it. By them learning the right way to do it, it will help the poor family, Brazils productiond and the Climate.
This project aims to create a sustainable community space for cultivation, processing, cooking, dining, and relaxation in the vicinity of Sarajevo. Utilizing the existing structure, the majority of the given cottage will be repurposed and renovated rather than completely demolished. It focuses on promoting environmentally friendly practices and fostering a sense of community engagement through various food-related activities. A central feature of the project is the kitchen. The kitchen serves as a multifunctional hub, not only for meal preparation but also for processing harvested produce and preserving it for storage. Additionally, the storage space will be housed in a separate underground cave space, taking advantage of the hilly terrain to provide natural insulation and darkness, maintaining optimal room temperature for food preservation. From growing produce to sharing meals, the project seeks to enhance local food resilience and strengthen social bonds.
