Welcome to the 2022 Final Event!

Get ready for two fun-filled days! We are thrilled to have you as part of this year’s culminating event in the 3M Young Scientist Challenge where one student will be named America’s Top Young Scientist.

We’re incredibly proud of all of our finalists for making it to this level. Among thousands of students, this year’s final 10 have already wowed us and we have no doubt that the competition will be fierce, fun, and unforgettable. We hope you’ll take the time to get to know your fellow contestants, the mentors, and the judges.

We’ll do all we can to make the competition a supportive environment – we want you to do your best. And above all else, we want you to have fun!
