By purchasing, downloading, or accessing PinkMonStar digital files (STLs), you ("the User") agree to the following terms and conditions. These rules exist to protect my art and ensure the BJD community remains a creative and fair space.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE
No Physical Goods: You are purchasing digital STL files for 3D printing. No physical doll, parts, or materials will be shipped to you.
Refund Policy: Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. I cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been accessed.
2. PERSONAL & LIMITED COMMERCIAL LICENSE
License Type: By purchasing this file, you are granted a Single-user Personal & Limited Commercial License.
Non-Transferable: This license is for your use only and cannot be transferred, shared, or resold to others.
Personal Use: You have unlimited rights to print these files for your own personal enjoyment (customizing, painting, and photography).
Small-Scale Commercial Use: Independent artists and crafters are permitted to sell up to 10 physical 3D prints of each model per year.
Mass Production & 10+ Sales: Factory production, mass-quantity settings, or selling more than 10 units per year is strictly prohibited. Any use beyond these terms without written consent is a violation of copyright.
Commercial Inquiry: For commercial licenses or higher volume sales, please contact me directly on Ko-Fi or social media to discuss a custom agreement.
3. FILE INTEGRITY & REDISTRIBUTION
No Sharing: You may NOT share, sell, sub-license, or redistribute the digital .STL files in any way (even if modified).
Anti-Piracy: If my files are found on third-party sites or "leaked," I will cease the production and sharing of future STLs.
The MonStar Emblem: The PinkMonStar emblem may NOT be removed, altered, or obscured from the original STL files or from any physical prints sold. The emblem functions as identification of an authorized MonStar model.
The emblem may only be removed if the model has been substantially transformed and no longer retains the recognizable base structure of the original MonStar design.
4. MODIFICATIONS & REMIXES
Creative Freedom: You are encouraged to edit and remix my files!
Selling Remixes: You may sell your own derivative sculpts/STLs based on my files only if the resulting model is substantially transformed and clearly distinguishable from the original PinkMonStar design.
Minor edits, scaling, part swaps, surface tweaks, or small adjustments do not qualify as substantial transformation.
The new work must:
Contain significant original sculpting changes
Not replicate the recognizable structure of the original base
Not function as a near-direct replacement of the original file
Credit: If you sell a remix or a physical print online, you must credit PinkMonStar as the original creator of the base files.
5. SUPPORT & QUALITY ASSURANCE
Bug Reporting: I take great care in creating my dolls. However, if you find any problems in the files, please contact me via Ko-Fi or Instagram (@pink.mon.star).
Technical Responsibility: While I provide tested print settings, the final result depends on your machine, material, and expertise.
6. NO RECASTS
I do not support or tolerate recasting. My models are designed to be an affordable, legitimate alternative for the BJD hobby.
