Student Focus Group

The Pink Slip Project interviewed a classroom of students in a New York City public high school. In the 45-minute discussion, we listened to students' suspension stories, how the experience made them feel, and their ideas for alternatives to suspension. Their feedback helped us frame our questions to the public in our intervention at Washington Square Park on June 25. Review their feedback in the Padlet below:
