The rental season at Pinewood is from May through September.
Prime-season 2026 dates are June 20 - August 22.
See individual cabins for pricing during prime season.
Only week-long rentals are permitted during prime season.
Off-Season 2026 dates are May 9 - June 13, and August 22 - September 19.
See individual cabins for pricing during off season.
A stay of 3 nights or more is required during off season at the rate of *$380 per night.
*Exceptions are Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends, when the rate is $430 per night.
A deposit of $1,000 per cabin per week is required to request a cabin for the next season. Deposits are returned if reservation requests cannot be accommodated. If your plans change, each deposit is fully refundable if the cancellation occurs prior to midnight on March 31st, 2026. Deposits for cancellations that happen on or after April 1, 2026 are forfeited in full.

ALL cabins have decks or patios facing the lake, knotty pine interiors and at least 2 full bathrooms.
ALL cabins are equipped with electric heat, kitchenware, microwaves, outdoor grills, dishwashers, garbage disposals, fireplaces, and satellite or streaming TV.
Provided for ALL of the cabins are bed linens, toilet tissue, and cleaning supplies.
Some owners provide many other amenities than those listed above. Please check with the Pinewood reservationist for a list of other amenities provided for the cabin in which you are staying.
Available upon request are baby cribs, high chairs, U.S. Coast Guard approved life jackets, a paddle boat, 2 kayaks, and a canoe.
Boat lifts may be rented with advanced notice for $420/week (depending on availability).
Gasoline is available for purchase at the lodge. Gasoline payments are separate from rental payments and go directly to the manager.
Reservations are confirmed in January of each year. New applications are considered after cabin owners and previous renters’ requests have been addressed. Deposits are returned in full if reservation requests cannot be accommodated. Deposits are forfeited if a cancellation is made on or after April 1st of each year.
Each cabin has listed its MAXIMUM occupancy. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
Pets are not permitted.
