The Pine Tree Audio Balanced Transparent Selector is a handmade passive switching device that enables the user to switch one stereo balanced XLR input source to two different destinations or switch two stereo balanced XLR input sources to one destination.

Example 1: Single Input/Dual Output- DAC Input Source, output to tube amp {or switched to} solid state amp.

Example 2: Dual Input/Single Output - DAC Input Source {or switched to} CD player input source, output to amplifier

This device is compatible with all standard balanced audio devices and its fully passive circuitry is the ideal way switch your balanced signal sources without noise, distortion, coloration, or loss.

Using only the highest quality components and most careful construction, we are able to provide the most transparent, balanced source selection available. All parts were selected on the basis of quality and not cost.

The Balanced Transparent Selector is made by hand at our shop and may take up to 2 weeks to complete the construction, and testing process. Believe us, it will be worth the wait.
