• Who is Pine Tree Audio?

Pine Tree Audio is a small, owner-operated audiophile cable and device manufacturing company. Our designs utilize both traditional and exotic geometry to enhance the high-fidelity listening experience. Our quality control is second to none and we use in-house designed LCR test equipment to provide extremely consistent cable performance.

• How do I buy your products?

All that is required is a free PayPal account. Simply click on the item you would like to purchase and when the PayPal window opens, either continue shopping or checkout from there. Shipping is automatically calculated for you if you are a customer residing in the United States. International customers (from any country outside the United States) can e-mail us to have their shipping price calculated by location.

• Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do! Please e-mail us with the product(s) you would like to purchase and we will send you a shipping price for your order. We can then send you an invoice for the amount of your order plus shipping. If you are an international customer and make a purchase before contacting us that is not a problem, we will send you an e-mail with the shipping price to your location (less the U.S. shipping price that was calculated for your order). We are not responsible for addreses submitted incorrectly by customers, customs, duties, international taxes and/or any other fees.

• What is LCR Testing?

We have two answers to this question; one is long and the other short. The short version is that LCR testing is an electronic form of measuring the Inductance (L), Capacitance (C) and Resistance (R) of our cables. This enables us to provide you with the highest performance audiophile cables in the business. We offer LCR testing in our cable test reports, available with any cable you purchase for a small fee.

• How do custom orders work?

To request a quote for a custom order and to get assistance with your custom design, simply send us an e-mail on our Custom Shop page. Due to the custom nature of these products, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns for custom orders.

• Can I cancel an order?

Because all Pine Tree Audio products are hand made to order, once orders are placed we are unable to cancel them, please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

• Can I return a product?

Because all Pine Tree Audio products are hand made to order, we are not able to accept returns. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

• Can I exchange a product?
