What kind of medical attention will I receive if I become ill or injured?

You will fill out a medical form and bring your medical card(s) if you have medical insurance. 

For emergencies, there is the Pine Ridge Hospital (Indian Health Services). For non-emergencies, the closest hospital is Gordon NE (about 45 miles from Pine Ridge). Rapid City would have the best hospital (1.5 hours from Pine Ridge). For major emergencies there is life flight from Pine Ridge hospital to Rapid City or other hospitals.
