Cost and Payment Schedule

Deposit: Initial non-refundable deposits of $50 are due upon sign up if a spot is open. Please contact us to check if a spot is still available and to deliver payment. $50 deposit for wait list also but will be returned if no spot opens. Everyone should fill out the on line registration. 

Balance of $275 is due by May 15, 2025. Thus, the total fee is $325. Once the balance is paid, fee is only refundable if you are replaced by another participant.  Please contact Jeanie Brabeck, Genny O'Toole or Pat Trafton if you need to work out payment arrangements or need financial assistance.   

Checks will be made to "St. John XXIII Parish " with "2025 Service Trip Participant Contribution" in the memo. Please contact Jeanie Brabeck, Genny O'Toole or Pat Trafton to deliver any checks.
