Covid-19 Safety Protocol & Information

As you are aware, the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted how Pilot Butte Arts offers workshops. In order to keep both our instructors and participants safe & healthy while attending our workshops, we all must follow the protocols dictated by the Saskatchewan Health Authority and follow the Pilot Butte Town Hall rental guidelines.

Please familiarize yourself with the points below:

Hall policies and procedures:

· Masks are no longer mandatory, effective March 1, 2022, as per the public health order issued by the Province of Saskatchewan. However you are strongly encouraged to wear a mask at classes and at events that we may hold.

Cleaning/Hall Setup:

· The Town of Pilot Butte has increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting.

· A hand sanitizing station is provided at the entrance of the Hall.

Physical Distancing:

· A maximum limit of 15 participants in classes has been implemented to ensure that physical distancing can be attained in the hall.

· Instructors and participants should social distance when possible

· NO “gathering” around a table for a demo.

· Microphones are not currently available from the town hall.

· NO shared food or drink.

· There will be no group photos taken at the end of the class

Supplies:

· There will be no shared supplies or tools unless disinfected after use.

· If the supplies are included in the class price, the instructors will endeavour to prepare individual kits for participants.

Hand Washing:

· Instructors are to encourage frequent hand washing by participants.

Evaluation Forms:

· Pilot Butte Arts will send out electronic evaluation forms instead of handing out paper forms at the conclusion of a workshop.
